It has been performed the analysis of stress-strain state of flexible element pack for flexible coupling. Plots of internal force factors arising in the flexible elements (plates) of the pack due to the transmitted torque and misalignments caused by the assembly errors when coupling the shafts have been constructed. The analytical dependences of the deflections and rotations of the sections have been obtained. The pressure between the plates, the friction forces in the pack and the loss of power because of strain and friction have been determined.
