The informatization of the University Finance Office is developing rapidly, but still faces problems such as difficulty in consulting and inquiry. Teachers and students are often confused by the minor differences in numerous financial documents, so it is advisable to introduce intelligent financial customer service. This article endeavours to design an intelligent financial customer service system with artificial intelligence technology, which can provide college teachers and students with automatic, real-time and all-round intelligent customer service experience.
