This volume of Journal of Physics: Conference Series contains the selected papers presented at the 2nd International Seminar on Computer Science and Engineering Technology (SCSET 2020). The 2nd International Seminar on Computer Science and Engineering Technology was successfully held in Shanghai, China during Oct. 30-31, 2020. The SCSET2020 had received great attention and response from various research institutes, university teachers and students, and scholars. There were more than 70 participants, and many author participated in the oral report. Each topic report lasted about 20 minutes, including 5 minutes for mutual answers.
