
The correlation between learning interest and mathematics achievement in grade VII SMP PGRI Bengkulu

This correlational study aims to determine the effect of learning interest forwards in mathematics achievement in Junior High School students PGRI Kota Bengkulu. The sampling in this study used a purposive sampling technique with consist12 student, grade VII, which is 5 boys and 7 girls. The data is collected by using a questionnaire and documentation. Then, the data is analysed using correlation analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it is concluded that students’ interest in learning has a positive effect on mathematics achievement.
