The aim of this paper is to introduce and study the notion of N nc Z -open sets and N nc Z -continuity. Some characterizations of these notions are presented. Also, some topological operations such as: N nc Z -boundary, N nc Z -exterior, N nc Z -limit etc, are introduced.
