The well-known program for the visualization and exploration of crystal structural has been by using diamond software. The diffraction technique is used for study the Niobium Thin Film (NbN) and good quality, good resolution powder patterns are recorded in these research work. The calculation of angles by measuring the distance between two atoms, crystal structure visualization and the thin film (NbN) diffraction pattern is main focus in this research work.
