In this work we studied influence of thermal treatment on the morphology and composition of Ge nanowires (GeNW) obtained by electrochemical deposition using In nanoparticles. The obtained results showed that thermal treatment can be used for control the composition of GeNW, what is important for technologies, where the presence of In may negatively affect the operation of the device.
