This article proposes pedagogical technologies that are aimed at preventing conflicts between students in professional educational institutions of the Russian Railways OJSC. In order to fulfill the task of development of pedagogical technologies aimed at preventing conflicts between students, testing according to the method of V. I. Andreev has been used to determine the level of personal proneness to conflict in a team. In order to study the satisfaction of students with the work of a lecturer on the prevention of conflict situations, a questionnaire developed by the authors has been used.
