The creation of approach of knowledge conduct at the enterprise of technical service of APC is established. Several items were established in this article: the normative base, the model and specification of knowledge conduct for the enterprise of technical service of APC, the procedure for creation and implementation of conduct knowledge process at the enterprise of technical service of APC.
