The paper presents the thermographic investigation results of temperature fields on electrode systems of surface discharges excited on a fixed and moving dielectric layers. It is shown that temperature in the electrode systems with stationary dielectric barrier is of 28-135 0 C while temperature of electrode systems with a movable dielectric layer doesn’t exceed 50 0 C. The effect of near-wall gas flows on the surface temperature distribution of electrode systems is discussed.
