Based on the limitations of traditional submission ratio of Prophet caused by the performance difference and state difference of nodes in the new service environment, and the idea of utility quantization, a Prophet-BSAS algorithm based on node state was designed. The utility parameters and utility functions of the improved algorithm were analyzed in detail, and the performance of Prophet-BSAS and other classical routing algorithms was simulated and analyzed under the typical mobility model.
