The dependence of the ion exchange capacity of strong acid cationite KU-2-8 on the concentration and structure of low-molecular organic compounds containing an amino group has been experimentally established. The mutual influence of neutralizing amines that are part of complex reagents that reduce the value of the exchange capacity of cations during operation of thermal power plant was revealed.
