A method for determining the technical condition of piston machines was proposed. The method is based on measuring the deviations of the angular velocity of the piston shaft machine depending on the angle of rotation. In order to verify the operability of the proposed method, a mock device for measuring the angular velocity of the shaft was developed. Trial measurements of the angular velocity of a rotating shaft were also carried out.
