This work is devoted to the study of the possibility of using the Method of Identifying Structures in solving important practical problems. The first task is to recognize the type of raw material on the moving conveyor belt based on the reflected radar signal. The second is to determine the structure of the subsurface layer based on data obtained by gamma-ray logging and borehole measurements. The conducted research shows the effectiveness of the proposed method and possibility to obtain more information about the quality and state of the object by not only looking at a single measurement, but instead looking at consecutive measurements as on a data stream.
