Web security is an old yet important topic. With the emergence of new applications and new threats, we need new techniques to fight against these threats. Fuzzing technique has been proven as an effective tool and has the potential of evolving with the new threats. In this paper, we discuss the applications of fuzzing technique in both web and other areas. We also present a case study by implementing a fuzzer in this study.
