With the help of three-dimensional numerical simulation in FEM software package the experimental methodology of determining heat flux and heat losses during experiments in microchannel was verified. The obtained single-phase flow data on the heat transfer coefficient and wall temperature show good agreement between numerical simulation and experimental results.
