The combined pipeline cleaning and spraying robot based on new cutting tool material includes four components, namely milling mechanism, walking mechanism, spraying mechanism and external coating supply device. The robot’s milling cutter is a special coating cutter. The coating material of the cutter can be used to meet the peeling strength of the pipe surface after spraying. From the view of environmental protection, the robot can reduce the impact of passive process on the environment. According to the actual situation the combination robot can be combined freely, which has a strong practicability.
