The total number of speakers of a language may increase or decrease over time because of various and complicated influences. In this paper, we build the quantitative prediction model based on gray estimation, FCM model and geographical distribution prediction model to predict the distribution of language users. In addition, we conducted a sensitivity analysis of the model to facilitate future research.
