In this paper, we consider the problem of the optimal location of the bypass graft. An electrical analogue of the cerebral vascular hemodynamic model was built, which was solved numerically using swarm intelligence methods. The optimization objective was the pressure after shunt formation in relation to the set pressure before shunting. This method was first time applied to the cerebral bypass problem, the results are in good agreement with the data of real operations.
