The article presents a set of tools for improving the system of enterprise business processes using computer-modeling methods. The widespread functional approach to management, based on the old paradigm, in recent decades, has ceased to correspond to the new economic conditions. The rocket and space industry enterprises entered the world market for high-tech products, and therefore the importance of effective methods for modeling business processes in a market economy determines not only the competitiveness of the organization but also often solves the issue of the survival of domestic enterprises in the conditions of fierce global competition.
