In this work, we obtain a closed system of equations for the non-probabilistic microscopic distribution functions of charged point particles moving in the electromagnetic field generated by them. The laws of change of both the total energy of a system of charged point particles and its momentum are also derived. All calculations have been performed in the covariant form. The resulting equations describe an irreversible evolution.
