The article discusses the most general, probabilistic model of the dynamic distribution of investment labor resources, describes a method for the optimal distribution of labor resources by investment region and determining the optimal modes of their redistribution taking into account changing conditions. In several regions of investment, several types of labor resources are invested simultaneously.
