The reduction of proven hydrocarbon reserves stimulates research on the implementation of the comprehensive program “Hydrogen Energy and Fuel Cells”. The high calorific value of hydrogen and the ecological purity of its combustion products determine the prospects of using hydrogen fuel in large-scale and small-scale energetic.
