The arrival of the information age makes the collision and exchange of various cultures more and more frequent, which brings new challenges and problems to the integration of red culture into Ideology education, which urgently needs to be reformed. Based on this backdrop, this paper first studies the related concepts and theoretical basis of red culture, then analyses the status quo and problems of red culture in Ideology education, and finally gives the application strategy of computer information technology in the way of integrating red culture into Ideology education.
