Construction of Heihe - Russia Border Trade Law Decision-making Service Platform Based on Computer Information

With the establishment of the Sino Russian Trade Zone, the trade between China and Russia has gradually increased, which has also caused many frictions in the border trade between the two countries. At the same time, due to the imperfect legal system of border trade, it is difficult to get a better solution to Sino Russian trade disputes, which requires us to build a trade law decision-making service platform based on a new perspective. Through the trade law decision-making service platform, we can make up for the failure of economic and trade laws between China and Russia, which will promote the order transformation and economic and trade rights of Sino Russian trade. Through the trade between China and Russia, we can speed up the commercial cultural exchange and the development of economic ethics, which requires us to build a legal decision-making service platform based on computer information. By revitalizing Sino Russian trade relations, we can expand the important role of law in non-governmental trade, which will gradually establish a rational and self-discipline market order and accelerate the settlement of trade disputes between China and Russia. Finally, this paper constructs the legal decision-making service platform of Sino Russian border trade.
