This paper firstly discusses the organization form of interruptible load resource pool, and analyzes the economic benefits of demand response and the timeliness of interupptible load. Secondly, under the premise of ensuring safe and stable operation of power grid, a scheduling strategy with dynamic planning in different scenarios is proposed. At last, the effectiveness of the interruptible load resource pool optimal scheduling technology is verified by the scheduling of temperature-controlled loads, electric vehicles (EV) and energy storage(ES) device.
