This paper analyses the hardware structure of AC sampling measurement system and the basic principle of half wave Fourier algorithm in AC sampling measurement device. The hardware structure of AC sampling system is introduced. At the same time, the half-wave Fourier algorithm is improved. The improved half-wave Fourier algorithm can eliminate the error caused by the attenuation of aperiodic components. The accuracy of AC sampling is greatly enhanced. Finally, by comparing the amplitude and phase Angle errors calculated by the algorithms, the ability of the new algorithm to eliminate errors is proved.
