In recent years, studies on the Science and Technology Collaborative Innovation Demonstration Zone have increased notably. However, there were few works dedicated to the evaluation method, and our study was to fill in the blank. In this paper, the evaluation model based on Data Envelopment Analysis was built, 6 input and 4 output evaluation indexes were introduced, and a case analysis was conducted. The research result provides reference for objectively evaluating the construction effect of the Science and Technology Collaborative Innovation Demonstration Zone.
