In this paper, we use the experimental data provided by an opto-electronic Technology Co., Ltd. in Xiamen to do mathematical modeling, find the dew point temperature under this environment requirement, and use it as the setting value of dew point control, and then establish a simple proportional model of dew point control, then, the actual dew point temperature DP is calculated in real time by the scale model, and compared with the set value, according to the comparison result, the cold water valve is controlled, and the ratio of the opening degree is | D p − D p 0 D p 0 | ; According to the Return Air’s temperature and Humidity to control the Hot Water Valve and Humidifying Valve Separately, the constant temperature and humidity control of the system is realized. The control system has high precision, temperature can reach ±0.5°C, humidity can reach RH±10%, strong stability and fast response.
