The current national comprehensive security is facing new challenges. On the basis of the analysis of the current status of the construction of the military and local command systems, the concept of the construction of an integrated military command command information platform is proposed. It analyzes the functional requirements of the integrated military-civilian integrated command information platform, designs the system structure and system operation process, and finally discusses the key technologies of the integrated military-civilian integrated command information platform.
