In this paper, the fault data of 50 CNC milling machine CNC systems are used. By observing the scatter plot of the probability density function and distribution function of the time between faults, the type of the distribution model is initially selected. After the inspection, the distribution model of CNC system failure interval time was established, and the three main reliability indexes were evaluated.
