The paper describes a high voltage Spark ignition system. This spark was used to ignition an atmospheric Helium plasma (He). A high frequency (25KHz) was used in order to drive the transformer of the Spark ignition. The average output voltage was (12KV), the input DC voltage was modified from (10V) up to (14V). The duty cycle of the switching frequency was fixed at (50%).
