With the progress and development of the times, network technology has gradually changed the way people live and learn. The continuous development of network technology has brought many new opportunities for China’s education. Nowadays, network technology has been widely used in the college teaching process. However, the emergence of network technology, in addition to providing convenience and advantages for China’s education, has also brought many problems to the mental health of college students. More and more college students are gradually experiencing mental health problems, which have a great impact on their own learning and growth. Therefore, only in-depth analysis of the impact of the mental health education of college students and continuous exploration of effective improvement measures and solutions through the analysis of big data, so as to better play the positive advantages of the network environment, can promote students’ better learning and development.
