With the progress of computer technology and the prosperity of information age, the society has higher and higher requirements for English learners. Due to the limitation of English standard, many university students’ employment problems become more serious. This situation poses a greater challenge to university English technique. What we should do to improve the efficiency of university students’ English instruction has become a major concern in academia. At present, the establishment of College English network online technique platform has improved the passion of university students to learn English. Researchers found that online technique platform can help students improve their English level. This paper carefully studies the establishment of College English online teaching terrace under the background of computer-aided system, and finally comes to a conclusion.
