With the advent of the new socialist era, China’s manufacturing industry is facing the challenge of transformation and upgrading under the new economic background. However, the development of computers has provided a huge impetus to China’s manufacturing industry. Facing the global market competition, the manufacturing industry, as a stabilizing force of the real economy, should not only develop vigorously with the support of national policies, but also rely on the development of computer aided technology. Cost is closely related to the benefits of an enterprise [1] . Therefore, scientific and reasonable cost control and management may directly affect the economic benefits of an enterprise and further improve its core competitiveness. The purpose of this paper is to realize cost control more effectively under the promotion of computer aided technology.
