The problem of the Earth protection against large celestial bodies, which have great kinetic energy and can pose a fatal threat to Earth civilization, is discussed. To select the method of threat elimination the information on the internal structure of a dangerous space object is necessary. The time deficiency complicates the problem. So, the method of emergency seismic sensing of the structure of a space body by a high-speed drummer is proposed.
