In recent years, blended learning has received widespread attention in the field of college teaching. However, how to effectively evaluate the blended learning has not yet formed a mature theory. For this reason, on the basis of clarifying the current status of blended learning evaluation, this paper combines the individual achievement goals of students, and uses the analytic hierarchy process to explore a set of learning performance evaluation systems that use smart learning platforms as auxiliary tools. After years of teaching practice, the evaluation system is scientific and feasible, and it can effectively improve students’ learning results.
