Introduced tianjin Chen tang zhuang coal to natural gas power plant relocation project issue 2 sets of 900 mw level “two tow one” gas-steam combined cycle unit coordinated control system, in view of the different operation way, used the load distribution is different, and introduce the PID algorithm for load distribution is modified, realize the coordination of total load control unit. Under the way of automatic generation control (AGC), with 30 mw/min rate of rise and fall of the load to load disturbance test results show that the unit operation stability, good load capacity and load in the process of adjusting the maximum dynamic load deviation < 6 mw, and the average static load deviation < 4 mw. It also introduced the unit under the different operation modes, gas turbine, waste heat boiler, steam turbine and generator consideration when the tripping happens in the four major equipment failure, the mutual interlocking protection function.
