Monte-Carlo method is considered to be an efficient risk analysis method, but the method is seldom used in the field of buildings at service stage. This paper recognizes major risks of buildings at the stage and provides a risk assessment Monte-Carlo model. The model can be used for regional evaluation of buildings and assessment of important risks, serving for formulation of pertinent measures.
