Under the background that global warming poses a serious threat to human normal production and life, the development model of low carbon economy is undoubtedly an effective measure to give consideration to ecological protection and economic growth. This paper takes this as the background, through the research on the industrial structure of Hefei, finds out the problems of the low carbon economic structure in Hefei, and puts forward the countermeasures and measures for the transformation of industrial structure with these problems.
