As many finance services are made through supply chain system, it needs the stability and accuracy in information transmit process. Supply chain finance service online should be built on the system, including open API, basic database, and progress standardization. The paper focuses on related processes on the SCM platform. Then it discusses how to strengthen the determination of legal rights and responsibilities and provides business scenario of planning electronic warehouse receipt. It shows that the information transmit mechanism can get the economic profit with the help of system.
