The purpose of this study is to improve the Students’ ability of High Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) by implementing of blended learning in the second semester junior high school mathematics course Mathematics Education Program FMIPA Hamzanwadi University academic year 2019/2020. This type of research was action research with three cycles. The research instrument used was HOTS ability tests. Data analysis used was descriptive qualitative narrative analysis and descriptive statistical quantitative data analysis. Based on the data finding, it was found that: 1) The learning process had improved seen from the observation results of the teaching and learning process, and 2) The ability of HOTS students had increased.
