The development of new computer technologies such as new media technologies and the Internet has greatly promoted the reform of college English teaching. Today, Internet-based distance education has greatly optimized the environment for students to learn English. College English of Anhui Xinhua University adopts a one-year three-dimensional teaching model based on modern network technology. Two years of teaching reform practice shows that one-year learning can improve students’ enthusiasm for learning and learning efficiency.
