With the gradual innovation of informational technology in China, various industries have carried out innovative reforms. As we all know, the practice of physical education can exercise students’ physical quality and enhance their resistance. It can also educate the students in ideology and moral character. As the application of network education platform is extensive, the application of platform in college sports education is the focus of physical education reform. This paper analyzes the benefit and importance of the application of network sports teaching in college physical education courses, and finally gives the corresponding conclusions.
