In this paper, the necessity that public institutions should build a comprehensive information platform combined with other related information systems was analyzed, with the Internet+, big data, cloud computing, and other information technology as the means, internal control as the core, business information, and financial information systems as the support, to improve the management level and governance capacity of public institutions.
