One of the tools of eye tracking technology is the eyetracker, which recognizes and records the position of the pupils and eye movements. The existing interconnection of saccades, microsaccades, the center of attention with the diameter of the pupils and the psychophysical state of a person gives prerequisites for the use of pupillography in security systems controlled by artificial intelligence. It is important to solve the problem of accurately distinguishing pupil boundaries. An algorithm for pupil extraction using the ImageJ program has been developed.
