Using the results of modeling of isothermal kinetic systems for calculating the kinetics of nitrogen oxides formation during combustion of natural gas and diesel fuel in diesel engines, summing up the known data of elementary reactions during combustion of methane and selecting the most significant ones from them, excluding processes with high activation energies, the mechanism of nitrogen oxides formation in the gas diesel cylinder when working with exhaust gas recirculation is presented in this work as a certain sequence of stages and branches of intermediate and final elements formation.
