This paper considers technologies for reducing the gas factor in hydraulic fluids used in a hydraulic system. Methods and means of reducing the gas factor include three main groups: gas relief, gas separation, and degasification. The work is important because the gas presence adversely affects the operational performance and dynamics of the all system. Finding the most effective way to reduce the gas factor is of primary importance.
