The choice of material for nanoclusters and for coating directly affects the properties of superpower capacitors. There are serious difficulties in the experimental assessment of their effect. It is of interest to adapt the method developed by authors to control these parameters. The article focuses on the theoretical analysis of the influence of the material on the properties of coatings, as well as the possibility of using the SBS method for various types of materials.
