According to the current hot demand of the society, the importance of human vaccine in quality and safety has been further improved. Taking the virus vaccine as an example, this work expounded the production process of vaccine from disease material collection to inspection and determination. The quality control process of vaccine from the production to the supervision and management was also expounded.
